Village Equipment to be Declared Surplus Ordinance approving the request of departments to sell and/or dispose of surplus equipment as more specifically detailed in Exhibit "A" attached to the ordinance, as these items have extended beyond their useful life or are obsolete as follows: Police Department: twelve (12) Powerheart G5 AEDS; six (6) functional batteries; eighteen (18) dead batteries; five (5) Bravo Company rifles with slings; three (3) Bushmaster rifles with slings; one (1) patrol rifle with slinge; two (2) Rock River rifles with slings; one (1) Barrett rifle with sling; two (2) Springfield Armory Saint Patrol rifles with slings; all items to be traded in for credit toward purchase of new items; Community Development Department: three (3) gray four-drawer vertical file cabinets; three (3) gray double door laminate upper cabinets; one (1) black four-drawer vertical file cabinet (to be recycled).
