An Ordinance Amending Title V, Chapter 50, Section 50.039 of the Lombard Village Code in regard to Limitations on Certain Discharges for Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Standards and Requirements Approving an Ordinance amending the Code in relation to Industrial Pretreatment Standards and the establishment of local limits for specific discharges. These changes are mandated by the USEPA in accordance with the limits established for the Glenbard Wastewater Authority operating permit. The Village Board of Trustees adopted revised local limits at the August 21, 2025 meeting, however, the local limit for fats, oils and grease (FOG) were inadvertently omitted from the Ordinance.
