Amending Title XI, Chapter 112, Section 112.18(B) of the Lombard Village Code (Alcoholic Beverages) Ordinance amending Title XI, Chapter 112, Section 112.18(B) of the Lombard Village Code relative to the service and consumption of alcoholic liquor in connection with a temporary event at The Carlisle, 435 E.
