Amended Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network (IPWMAN) Agreement Recommendation of the Public Works & Environmental Concerns Committee to authorize the proposed amended Agreement with the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network (IPWMAN) and their revised by-laws. The Village has been a member of IPWMAN since it was formed in 2009. This amended Agreement must be approved to continue our membership.
