Amending Title XI, Chapter 112, Section 112.13(A) of the Lombard Village Code - Alcoholic Beverages Ordinance decreasing the number of authorized licenses in the Class "A/B-I" liquor license category by one (1) and increasing the number of authorized licenses in the Class “A/B-II-VG” liquor license category by one (1) to reflect Egg House LLC d/b/a Egg House, located at 2 W. St. Charles Road, surrendering its license and issuance of a new license to Egg House, LLC d/b/a Egg House & Grove Tavern, located at 2 - 8 West St. Charles Road, to reflect the expansion of the operations.
