Business District 1: Economic Incentive Further Funding Request Introduction Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP) is requesting an economic development incentive utilizing projected BD1 funds collected during the 2024-2029 period which would be allocated toward current and future development projects slated within its geographical boundaries. The ECDC is asked to review the request and direct staff and Village Counsel to work with PRCP to prepare a further incentive agreement for future Village Board consideration.
