Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to All Plumbing & Sewer Services, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00. The Village has contracted with All Plumbing & Sewer since 2007. They have continued to respond to requests in a very professional, responsive and reliable manner. The contract reflects no increase in fees and has remained the same since 2018.
