2. Discussion and possible action on recommending approval to the Law Enforcement & Courts Committee, for a quote from RGB Spectrum for a one-year warranty at a cost of $5,400.00 to be paid out of 007-41128-702 Professional Service, and spare equipment at a cost of $9,304.00 to be paid out of 007-41128-810 Equipment Purchase, for a total cost of $14,704.00
3. Discussion and possible action on approving a request from the ETSB Coordinator for a purchase in the amount of $3,796.80 to be paid from 007-41128-810 Equipment, for the acquisition of the following: two (2) Dell monitors, one (1) Ethernet switch, one (1) NetGear pro router, one (1) Tripp Lite metered 20A PDU, two (2) 50-ft 4K display port cables, two (2) 50-ft USB extension cables, and two (2) 50-ft auxiliary headphone extension cables <em>(Note: Due to upgrades to new displays in dispatch, it was recommended to acquire backup equipment in the event of a monitor and/or system failure)</em>
4. Discussion regarding amending Article IV, Section 1: Meetings of the ETSB By-Laws as follows: Regular monthly meetings of the ETSB shall be held on the first Wednesday of each month, at seven o'clock in the evening (7:00 p.m.) four o'clock in the afternoon (4:00 p.m.)</strong></span>, unless such Wednesday is a holiday recognized by Jo Daviess County</u> (<em>Note: In compliance with the ETSB By-Laws, a written copy of the proposed amendment was electronically sent to each Emergency Telephone System Board member on March 5, 2026)</em>
