10. <u>Deny</u> the proposed amendment to reduce the minimum lot area in the Agricultural (AG) zone from 40-acres to two-acres
11. <u>Adopt</u> an amendment to allow accessory dwelling units (ADUs) as a “permitted use” in any zoning district permitting residential development
12. <u>Deny</u> the proposed amendment to eliminate the requirement for a Land Evaluation and Site Assessment (LESA) evaluation for any proposal converting agricultural land to non-agricultural use
13. <u>Adopt</u> an amendment to site development standards for properties licensed for Guest Accommodations to: eliminate the requirement that guest parking spaces have a maximum slope of 8%; eliminate the standard that access roads/driveways leading into a property not exceed a slope of 15%; and eliminate the special side-yard setback requirement of five-feet per bedroom, with a maximum setback of 35-feet, and require the setbacks applicable to the underlying zoning district
14. <u>Deny</u> the proposal to eliminate restrictions on the maximum amount of non-agricultural accessory areas that may be placed on properties zoned Agricultural (AG)
