- Discussion and possible action to recommend approval of the RapidSOS Communicator & QA Bundle in FY2026 at a cost not to exceed $14,500.00 to be paid from 007-41128-702 Professional Service, for one-time setup and implementation fees <em>(Note: This vendor switch improves cross-platform functionality and reduces recurring subscription costs by $500.00 annually; this expense has already been included in the FY2027 budget)</em>
- Discussion and possible action on approving a request for one (1) dispatcher to attend the APCO Communications Training Officer Course in Plainfield, Illinois, December 7-9, 2026, with registration of $480.00 to be paid from 007-41128-501 Education & Training, and meals & lodging at a cost not to exceed $602.86 to be paid from 007-41128-502 Travel Expenses, with a county vehicle to be used for transportation
