4. Approval of a <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">r</span>esolution authorizing a supplemental agreement with Ciorba Group, Inc. Chicago, IL. for engineering services for the Hampton Lift Station Rehabilitation Sanitary Project in an amount not to exceed $57,043.14.
5. Approval of a <span style="text-transform: capitalize;">r</span>esolution authorizing an agreement with Baxter & Woodman, Crystal Lake, Illinois, for construction engineering and administration of the Shoe Factory Road Water Main Rehabilitation Project in an amount not to exceed $94,160.
6. Approval of a <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">r</span>esolution to purchase fire hydrants from Ferguson Waterworks, West Chicago, IL. (sole bid), in an amount not to exceed $129,894.08.
7. Approval of an Ordinance granting a Master Sign Plan Amendment for the property located at 675 W. Golf Road.
8. Approval of a RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION TO AWARD HVAC BID PACKAGE 15.80 TO JENSEN’S PLUMBING & HEATING IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,233,800 FOR FIRE STATION 22.
