3. <span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;">Approval of a resolution authorizing a contract with Concare Inc. of Melrose Park, IL. for the replacement of flooring in the NOW Arena kitchen and concessions areas in an amount not to exceed $165,210.00.
