- Motion to authorize the Village Manager to reject Denler, Inc.’s non-responsive bid proposal and to execute a contract with SKC Construction, Inc. of Elgin, Illinois, for construction of the 2024 Asphalt Street Crack Sealing Program in the not-to-exceed amount of $40,000 to be expensed to the Capital Projects Fund (Public Works Director Buckley)
- Motion to authorize the Village Manager to execute a contract with John Neri Construction Company, Inc. of Addison, Illinois for construction of the 2024 Utility and Roadway Improvements Project in the amount of $13,148,961 to be expensed to the Capital Projects and Water & Sanitary Sewer Funds
- Motion pursuant to Section 1-10-7 of the Glen Ellyn Village Code to adopt the competitive bidding procedures of the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative in lieu of the provisions of Chapter 10 on Village Contracts and approve the purchase of one (1) Ford F-450 chassis with a Galion body package from Sutton Ford Commercial Truck Center of Matteson, Illinois, in the amount of $116,122.57 (Public Works Director Buckley)<br id="isPasted"><br>Motion pursuant to Section 1-10-7 of the Glen Ellyn Village Code to adopt the competitive bidding procedures of Suburban Purchasing Cooperative in lieu of the provisions of Chapter 10 on Village Contracts and approve the purchase of two (2) Ford E-Transit Vans from Currie Motors Fleet of Frankfort, Illinois, in the Amount of $105,808 (Public Works Director Buckley)
- Motion to approve Ordinance 7096, An Ordinance approving an amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Villages of Glen Ellyn and Lombard in regard to issuing debt on behalf of Glenbard Wastewater Authority, pending attorney review (Finance Director Brankin)
- Motion to approve a Facade Improvement Award in the amount of $30,000 and a Fire Prevention Award in the amount of $15,000 to Brick & Mortar Glen Ellyn LLC DBA Brick & Mortar at 411 N Main Street, to be expensed to the Central Business District TIF Fund (Manager Franz)
