Motion to authorize the Village Manager to execute a three-year contract for the 2024-2026 Branch and Brush Collection Program with Abbott Tree Care Professionals of Wayne, IL in the total not-to-exceed amount of $402,000 to be expensed from the Residential Solid Waste Fund in three annual amounts of $134,000 (Public Works Director Buckley)
  2. Motion to waive competitive bidding in accordance with Village Purchasing Policy Section C.1.e. (Single Source purchases) and authorize the Village Manager to execute a contract with Corrective Asphalt Materials, LLC, of South Roxana, Illinois, for the 2024 Asphalt Surface Rejuvenation Program in the not-to-exceed amount of $119,149.38 to be expensed to the Capital Projects Fund (Public Works Director Buckley)
  3. A Motion to adopt the competitive bidding procedures of Sourcewell, pursuant to Section 1-10-7 of the Glen Ellyn Village Code in lieu of the provisions of Chapter 10 on Village Contracts, and approve the purchase of two (2) Kenworth single axle chassis’ with Commander bodies and front plows, two (2) Kenworth tandem axle chassis’ with hook lift bodies and front plows, and one (1) Kenworth chassis with a 15 ft. Galion body and a front plow from Bonnell Industries Inc. 1385 Franklin Grove Rd. Dixon, IL 61021, for a total of $1,780,659.17, and should be expensed to the FY24 Equipment Services Capital Outlay - Vehicles Fund (Public Works Director Buckley)
  4. Motion to approve Village Links canceling the remaining 2-year lease agreement with Yamatrack and enter into a 4-year lease agreement with TagMarshal for a total cost of $172,712 ($43,428/year) and a one- time cost of $18,525 to Yamatrack to remove existing hardware and retrofit new equipment to be charged to the Village Links/Reserve 22 Dues-Subscriptions-Reg Fees Fund (General Manager Vesevick)
