- Motion to authorize the Village Manager to execute a Three-Year Contract Extension, Pursuant to Section 1-10-2 (B), with OpenGov Inc., of San Francisco, CA for continued use of the Cartegraph Asset Management Software in a not-to-exceed Amount of $204,611.21 to be expensed to the Water & Sewer Fund (50%) and Motor Fuel Tax Fund (50%) (Public Works Director Buckley)
- Motion pursuant to Section 1-10-7 of the Glen Ellyn Village Code to adopt the Competitive Bidding Procedures of the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative in lieu of the provisions of Chapter 10 on Village Contracts and authorize the Village Manager to execute a contract with Superior Road Striping of Bartlett, Illinois, for the 2024 Pavement Line Striping Program in the amount of $100,000 to be expensed to the General Fund (Public Works Director Buckley)
- Motion to approve Ordinance 8003, An Ordinance providing for the issuance of not-to-exceed $7,000,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024, of the Village of Glen Ellyn, DuPage County, Illinois, for the purpose of financing improvements to the wastewater treatment facilities of the Glenbard Wastewater Authority, authorizing designated officers to sell said bonds by the execution of a bond order, providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax sufficient for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof
- Motion to approve a Facade Improvement Award in the amount of $23,750 and a Fire Prevention Award in the amount of $10,000 to 580Duane LLC at 580 Duane Street, to be expensed to the Central Business District TIF Fund (Economic Development Coordinator Hannah)
- Motion to approve a Facade Improvement Award in the amount of $28,750 to Genesis Venture, LLC for the property located at 481 N Main Street, to be expensed to the Central Business District TIF Fund (Economic Development Coordinator Hannah)
