- Pursuant to Section 1-10-7 of the Village Code, Authorize the Village Manager to Execute the Award of a Contract in Partnership with DuPage County Procurement Services to Morton Salt, Inc of Chicago, IL, for 800 to 1,300 Tons of Regular Delivery Bulk Rock Salt, as Needed, in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $96,070 and 190 Tons of Emergency Bulk Rock Salt, if Needed, in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $18,780, All to be Expensed to the Motor Fuel Tax Fund (Public Works Director Buckley)
- Motion to Approve Revised Change Order 1 of the Village Links/Reserve 22 Clubhouse Renovation Project, replacing the initial $180,000 Change Order 1, approved February 26, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $280,000, which includes a 10% Contingency, to be Expensed to the Village Links/Reserve 22 Capital Outlay Buildings Fund (General Manager Vesevick)
- Motion Pursuant to Section 1-10-7 of the Glen Ellyn Village Code to Adopt Competitive Bidding Procedures of the Sourcewell Purchasing Program in Lieu of the Provisions of Chapter 10 on Village Contracts and Approve the Purchase of a Henderson Brinemaker from Henderson Products, Inc. of Huntley, IL Through the Sourcewell Purchasing Program in the Amount of $110,619 and Approve the Purchase of Three Storage Tanks From the Sprayer Depot, of Apopka, FL in the Amount of $26,466, All To Be Expensed to the General Fund - Streets Equipment/Capital Outlay (Public Works Director Buckley)
