3. Adopt Ordinance No. 7183, An Ordinance Granting a Map Amendment, Special Use Permit and a Zoning Variation for a Public Park at the Property Located at 800 St. Charles Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137
4. Approve a Downtown Retail Interior Improvement Award in the Amount of $30,000 and a Fire Prevention Award in the Amount of $15,000 to MK + STK Bar at 400 N Main Street, Suite 116 to be expensed to the Central Business District TIF Fund (Economic Development & Communications Director Hannah)
