22. b. Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (11) of the Open Meetings Act – Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal.

33. 32 Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to certify Corrections candidates 2622 and 2623. Roll call vote: all ayes.
