1. Request to approve the purchase of a 2025 Freightliner truck fitted with a mechanical broom sweeper at a cost of $365,503.21 using a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Sourcewell and authorize the Public Works Director to execute the contract.
2. Request to authorize up to $60,000 from wastewater reserve funds for the preliminary design of the Canyon Rim Drop Line project and approve a contract with Hazen and Sawyer to perform that work.
