3. Request to approve a Zoning Title Amendment to allow “Assisted Living/Nursing Homes” as a Special Use Permit in the PRO Overlay Zone. c/o David Thibault on behalf of Clint Schnoor (PZ25-0019).
4. Request to award 2025 Chip Seal Project to American Road Maintenance in the amount of 2.66 million.
5. Request to award the 2025 Mill and Inlay project to Staker & Parson Companies, Inc. dba Idaho Materials and Construction, in the amount of $363,297.50
