2. Request to award the 2025 CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation Project to Vortex Services LLC, of Helena, MT, in the amount of $912,500.00 and authorize use of the total budget of $1.1 million for potential change orders and contingencies.
3. Request for a recommendation for a Zoning Title Amendment to repeal and replace Title 10. Items to include are regulations pertaining to “Land Use Conditions”. c/o City of Twin Falls (PZ24-0121).
