2. Request to award the bid and contract in the amount of $1,427,165.00 to Idaho Materials & Construction, Inc. for the FAA Northwest Aircraft Apron Pavement Project and authorize the mayor to sign the contract.
3. Request to sign a contract with JUB Engineers for Pole Line Road widening improvements in the amount of $245,000 with funds coming from the Street Departtments new budget.
4. Request to approve the purchase of a 2026 John Deere 524P wheel loader at a cost of $146,215.00 using a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Sourcewell and authorize the Public Works Director to execute the contract.
5. Request to approve the purchase of a 2026 Vactor Jet truck at a cost of $327,000.00 using a Cooperative Purchasing agreement with Sourcewell and authorize the Public works director to execute the contract.
6. Request for City Council to authorize the use of 911 funds to purchase software that will further enhance dispatch capabilities in the amount of $43,184.02.
7. Request to approve an airport hangar ground lease assignment between Darrell & Cindy Schmidt and Jerry Jaques and authorize the mayor to sign.
