2. Request to approve an airport Assignment of Ground Lease Agreement from the Estate of Gary Wolverton Sr. to Gary Wolverton Jr.
3. Request to accept the Improvement Agreement for the purpose of developing <strong id="isPasted">Two Creeks No. 1 at the Preserve </strong>public infrastructure for a future subdivision<strong>.
4. Request for Council to consider authorizing the use of Water Reserves in the amount of $2,980,000 for the Well #5 project and award the construction contract to Suburban Construction in the amount of $2,395,826.
5. Request to approve airport ground lease termination agreements with Reeder Flying Service and Reeder Airport Properties and approve new lease agreements with Reeder Jet Center, and Reeder Flying Service.
