5. Consider a request to allocate $13,460.59 in contingency funds to purchase underwater pool lights for the Twin Falls City Pool.
6. Request to award the Grandview odor control station project to PMF Inc. in the amount of $429,227.70 and authorize an additional $106,063 for construction engineering/inspection support, new power service, and contingency.
7. Request to award the Wendell-Filer-Martin, 38 Lateral Project to Extreme Excavation, Inc in the amount of $480,165 plus 20% for contingency for a total of $575,000.
