2. Request to approve a contract with J-U-B Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $158,765.60 to provide project formulation through project closeout services for the FAA Pavement Rehabilitation project and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement.
3. A request to use $215,000 of cash reserves for the purchase of furnishings and equipment and to complete the legal office, City gym, and police department lift remodel project that is currently underway.
