3. Request to authorize the City Engineer to approve a South Well #5 change order for Pheasant PRV in the amount of $847,410 and include some contingency for a total request of $900,000.
4. Consider a request to approve the Amendment to Memorandum of Understanding between the Idaho State Department of Agriculture and the City of Twin Falls and authorize the Mayor to sign it.
5. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">Request for a Planned Unit Development Amendment – River Hawk Plaza PUD – to allow “Health/Fitness Facility – Minor” on property located at 1341 Park View Dr. c/o Gerald Martens. (PZ26-0077)
