1. Request approval of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and Twin Falls Firefighters Local 1556.
2. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Consideration of an Employee Agreement with Bruce Castleton of Castleton Law PLLC for City Attorney services as defined in Idaho Code Section 50-208A.
3. Request for the Council to approve the funding agreement with ITD for $107,360 and the FY2027 contract with Downtowner/Via in the amount of $1,759,203 and authorize the Mayor to sign both agreements.
4. Request to adopt ordinance #O-2026-10 for Zoning District Change on property located at 451 Russet St.
5. A presentation on the finances of the City of Twin Falls for the 3^rd quarter of fiscal year 2025-2026. This presentation will be an overview of the tax-supported funds and the three major enterprise funds: Water, Wastewater and Sanitation.
6. Presentation recognizing a promotion within the Twin Falls Fire Department: Driver/Operator Aaron Iles, with the ceremonial pinning of his new rank badge.
7. Request to adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code § 74-206(1)<span style="margin-left:0in;">(b) To consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
