2. Presentation from Dr. Brady Dickenson on the Twin Falls School District renewal of a supplemental levy.
3. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Staff requests City Council authorization to purchase one combination vacuum and water unit for water system maintenance operations under the FY 2026–2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), in the amount of $665,034.50.
4. <span style='font-size:16px;font-family:"Arial Narrow",sans-serif;' data-pasted="true">Consideration of a request to accept public right-of-way.
5. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Request City Council to approve the Special Event Permit for the organizers of the Canyon Rim Fall Classic.
6. Request to adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code § 74-206(1)<span style="margin-left:0in;">(b) To consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
