- 1 Action Item: Authorize Chief Information Officer (CIO) to publish a notice of intent to enter into a sole source 3-year contract with TeamDynamix (TDX) for software licensing and the related implementation for the 3-year total amount not to exceed $208,607.80 and upon completion of 14-day notice, authorize the CIO to sign the new 3-year contract and pay the first year in the amount of $76,500.00. (Approved in the FY27 Budget)
