1. Signatories for Urban Renewal Agency Bank Accounts (Action Item):<br>Removal of previous chair and signer from Banner Bank, Twin River Bank and Idaho State Treasurer's Pool Urban Renewal Accounts and adding the 2026 Chair as signer to the same.
2. Election and Chair and Vice Chair for 2026 (Action Item):<br>The Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson shall be elected annually by the Agency at the first regular annual meeting of the Agency pursuant to Article 5 of the Urban Renewal Agency Bylaws.
