Certificate of Appropriateness Review at 717 D Street in the West End Historic District- An application by Brian and Hidie Todd for one (1) 48"x60" aluminum wall sign on the east side of the building, and vinyl window graphics on four (4) windows and one (1) door on the south side of the building facing D Street. A Historic Preservation Commission Certificate of Appropriateness approval is required, per Lewiston City Code 19.5-11. (Action Item)
