- Query of Commissioners to attend the October 28, 2026 meeting (Public hearing for Other Commerical Uses in the C6 zone and discussion on Multifamily by right in the R3 zone). Discussion with Commissioners about scheduling a special meeting in November due to the cancelation of the November 11, 2026 meeting for Veteran's Day and the possible cancelation of the November 25, 2026 meeting for Thanksgiving.
- Canyon Crest West Phase IIA Preliminary Plat (Action Item): <br>The Canyon Crest West Addition Phase IIA Preliminary Plat proposes to plat approximately 8.18 acres of undeveloped property located between dedicated, but unconstructed, 17th Street on the west, Parkridge Way on the east, and south of the existing The Estates at Canyon Crest Phase 2 subdivision, into 34 lots.
- Public Hearing and recommendation to City Council on Zoning Code Amendment ZA-01-26, Elimination of Planned Unit Development Zone (Action Item):<br>The Commission will consider a zoning code amendment to eliminate the Planned Unit Development zoning district and add options for limited, small-scale commercial use in various residential zones.
