ACTION ITEM: Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial and Legislative): Case Number ANN26-000007, SPP26-000006: The applicant, Tim Mokwa, on behalf of Schmidt Investments LP, is requesting annexation of parcel R32776000 with an initial zoning designation of R-2 (Community Residential) where the place-type designation in the Comprehensive Plan is Neighborhood 2. Concurrently, the applicant is requesting approval of Gideon Landing Subdivision preliminary plat, a single-family residential subdivision with 65 buildable lots. The 14.95 acre site is located on the south side of Moss St., approximately 600 feet west of the intersection with Midway Rd, in Caldwell, Idaho. The application was recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The applicant requested a continuation of the project which will now be heard on November 16, 2026.
