3. Resolution approving a Farm Lease Agreement, expiring December 31, 2025, with Renee Lupkes, to farm approximately nineteen acres of land for hay baling in the amount of $200.00, located west of 4862 West 4th Street, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document.
