  2. Resolution setting date of public hearing as April 6, 2026, for the sale and conveyance of city-owned property located west of 1425 Hawthorne Avenue, in the amount of $5,000.00, to E & C Investments, LLC, including approval of a Development Agreement for the construction of a single-family home with a $5,000.00 refund of the purchase price and a grant of $5,000.00 for infill housing incentive, and instruct the City Clerk to publish notice.
  3. Motion to approve Change Order No. 09 with Peterson Contractors, Inc., of Reinbeck, Iowa, for a net increase of $102,000.00, in conjunction with FY 2024 La Porte Road Improvements, Phase I Project, Contract No. 1016, DOT Contract No. STBG-SWAP-8155(760)--SG-07, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document.
  4. Motion to approve Change Order No.1 with Municipal Pipe Tool Co., of Hudson, Iowa, for a net decrease of $7,721.51, in conjunction with FY 2025 CIP Pipelining Phase V, Contract No. 1118, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document.
