10. Refund request for 40 properties listed on Exhibit A for charges billed in error, in the amount of $11,833.23, for recycling site maintenance fees for the period of April 3, 2020, through August 5, 2026.
11. <strong>Fire (Bonded Vehicle Title) </strong><br>Amount: $2,667.00<br>Expenditure: Bond certificate of title for ambulance.
12. Refund request for property located at 2014 Ashland Avenue for charges billed in error for sewer, in the amount of $595.64.
13. Refund request for property located at 2050 Ashland Avenue for charges billed in error for sewer, in the amount of $731.63.
