- Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a contract between Linn County Juvenile Detention Center and Clinton County, the Juvenile Detention Services are to provide the use of one unit of service (detention center bed) at a cost of $292.94 per day. Additional units of service will be $200.00 a day, offered on an availability basis. Effective July 23, 2024, through January 23, 2025, with an automatic renewal for an additional 6-month period, commencing on January 23, 2025
