4. Discuss and decide on the creation of a Data Center Advisory Committee, including the application process, committee structure, and proposed work plan for the data center moratorium work

6. Discuss and decide on a Resolution Setting a Public Hearing on a Proposal to Rezone an Approximately 160 Acre Parcel from Agricultural (AG) to Exclusive Use-2 (EU-2) district on a property located at 12201 16th Avenue, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. PR26-0006
