4. A Resolution Authorizing an Interfund Transfer in the amount of $11,040,997 from the General Supplemental fund to the General Basic fund
5. A Resolution Authorizing an Interfund Transfer in the amount of $650,000 from the General Basic fund to the Conservation Reserve fund
6. A Resolution Authorizing an Interfund Transfer in the amount of $2,847,635 from the Rural Services fund to the Secondary Roads fund
7. A Resolution Authorizing an Interfund Transfer in the amount of $1,350,000 from the General Basic fund to the Capital Projects fund
8. A Resolution Authorizing an Interfund Transfer in the amount of $1,083,574 from the General Basic fund to the Secondary Roads fund
