- Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a proposal between Linn County and Baker Group to furnish integration of the new Niagara system into the Harris Building's existing automation system in the amount of $60,591
- Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a proposal between Linn County and Baker Group for installation of Access Control doors for the Court House Remodel in the amount of $14,140.10
- Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a proposal from Unzeitig Construction for the installation of three resistant Lexan security windows at the Mental Health Access Center (MHAC) in the amount of $22,825
