The software and support services are effective June 25, 2026, through June 24, 2027

Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign an amended contract between Linn County and the State of Iowa Health and Human Services for the Ryan White Services Program, in the amount of $794,156 an increase of $526,569 from the original contract effective May 1, 2026, through March 31st, 2027
  3. Approve and Authorize the Chairperson to sign an agency agreement contract between Linn County and Abbe Health - Witwer Aging Services in the amount of $16,197 effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027
  4. Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign the Fiscal Year 2027 Contract for Transportation Services between City of Cedar Rapids Transit and Linn County LIFTS for transit service for an amount of $1,042,224 effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027
  5. Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a contract between Linn County, Iowa, and Cost Advisory Services, Inc. for professional consulting services at a cost not to exceed $10,800 for each annual cost allocation plan. Effective June 3, 2026, for a term of three years
