- Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign the amended 28E Articles of Agreement for the Middle Cedar Watershed Management Authority
- Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a Purchase of Service Agreement between Linn County and The Area Substance Abuse Council. Linn County will pay for a maximum of thirty (30) days at $49.39 per day for clients who have legal residence of Linn County, effective July 1, 2026,through June 30, 2027
- Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a Public Sector Agreement for Oracle Cloud Services and an Ordering Document with Oracle America, Inc. at a total 36-month cost of $574,976.88, invoiced quarterly, for cloud services and enterprise performance management software to support the County’s finance, budgeting, accounting, purchasing, and payroll functions
- Approve purchase order PO955 in the amount of $15,771.84 to CDW GOVT for replacement IT equipment for the IT Department
- Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign a Professional Services Ordering Document with Oracle America, Inc. at a total fixed cost of $318,166.00 plus estimated expenses of $31,817.00 for professional services and implementation of Linn County’s NetSuite for Government enterprise resource planning system to support the County’s finance, budgeting, accounting, purchasing, and payroll functions
- Third and Final Consideration of an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances, Linn County, Iowa by amending provisions in Chapter 107, pertaining to and/or correcting existing language in Chapter 107, Articles V, VI and VII.
