  4. <span style="margin-left:0in;">A Resolution Approving an Agreement between the Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) and Linn County for a Living Roadway Trust Fund Grant (LRTF). The grant project: Forestry Mower Demonstration Day to be completed by December 31, 2028. Funds not to exceed $2,247.75. Authorize the County Engineer to execute on behalf of the County
  5. A Resolution Awarding Contract to LL Pelling Co., Inc. in the amount of $228,735.85 for asphalt milling and patching on Bertram Road from the existing Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) section south to Otis Road. Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign an amendment for an extension to the existing contract between the University of Iowa and Linn County on the Aquifer Vulnerability Map of Linn County. The amended period has been changed from April 1, 2026, (mapping) and June 30, 2026, (reporting), and replaced with an end date of December 15, 2026, for both. The new contract period will be October 1, 2025, through December 15, 2026<br><br><br><br>
  7. Approve purchase order PO962 in the amount of $120,832 to North Central International LLC (Hoglund Bus Co., Inc) for an ADA accessible lift van for Linn County Options Department
  8. A Resolution Establishing Speed Limits on Various Portions of Ely Road in Linn County
  9. A Resolution Approving Petitions for the Suspension of the Collection of Fiscal Year 2027/Assessment Year 2025 Property Taxes for one (1) Linn County residents as they are unable to contribute to the public revenue by reason of age, infirmity, or both, pursuant to Code of Iowa, Section 427.8.
  10. Presentation from University of Iowa Associate State Geologist, State Map Coordinator Stephanie Tassier-Surine with the Iowa Geological Survey, reporting on a preliminary map and data overview of Linn County's Aquifer Vulnerability and Contaminant Plume Maps
