- Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign an Agreement between Linn County<br data-pasted="true">Family Transformation Services and The Humble Language Institute to provide interpretive services (on-site and remotely) for clients of the Linn County Early Childhood Iowa (LCECI) funded Healthy Families Nurturing Parenting Program at the rate of $45/hour. Effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
