2. Consider motion to approve the renewal of the workers' compensation policy with Iowa Municipalities Workers' Compensation Association (IMWCA) for the policy year July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with a premium amount of $383,493.00.
3. Consider motion to adopt <strong>RESOLUTION</strong> accepting a proposal from I-80 Concrete Design in the amount of $39,691.50 for the construction of the Senior Center Cunette project.
4. Consider a motion to adopt <strong>RESOLUTION </strong>accepting a proposal from BCI Burke Company in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 for the purchase and installation of a playground for Trestle Ridge Park.
