An Ordinance providing that general property taxes levied and collected each year on all property located within the 2026 Corporate Woods Business Park Urban Renewal Area I, in City of Ankeny, County of Polk, State of Iowa, by and for the benefit of the State of Iowa, City of Ankeny, County of Polk, Saydel Community School District, and other taxing districts, be paid to a special fund for payment of principal and interest on loans, monies advanced to and indebtedness, including bonds issued or to be issued, incurred by the city in connection with the 2026 Corporate Woods Business Park Urban Renewal Area I. (The 2026 Corporate Woods Business Park Urban Renewal Plan I)
  3. <strong>2025 PCC Reconstruction Program - SE 8th Street:</strong> Consider motion to approve: a) Final Change Order #2 decreasing the contract amount by $15,193.05; b) Certificate of Completion; c) <strong>RESOLUTION</strong> accepting the public improvements with Shekar Engineering in the amount of $863,813.29; and d) Final Payment #7 in the amount of $11,913.04; Retainage Payment in the amount of $43,190.66.
  4. Consider motion to adopt <strong>RESOLUTION</strong> accepting a proposal from Nagle Signs Inc. in the amount of $68,114.00 for the construction of the Recreational Trail Signage project.
  5. Consider motion to adopt <strong id="isPasted">RESOLUTION</strong> accepting a proposal from Howser Concrete Unlimited, LLC in the amount of $172,769.00 for the construction of the 2026 Pedestrian Ramp Improvements Program - Watercrest.
  6. Consider motion to adopt <strong>RESOLUTION</strong> accepting a proposal from Absolute Concrete Construction, Inc. dba Absolute Group in the amount <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">of $98,965.30 fo</span>r the construction of the 2026 Annual Storm Water Structure Replacement and Repairs project.
