Recommending the following: 1. FIRST READING of Bill 127, CD1 (2025), to amend the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget, by: 1) increasing Estimated Revenues for Bond/Lapsed Bond by $5,862,123; 2) adding a new Capital Improvement Project appropriation, entitled “Kula Agricultural Park Phase I Expansion - Upcountry Maui Ag Park,” for $5,862,123; 3) adding the project and description to Appendix C; and 4) adjusting the totals accordingly; and 2. FIRST READING of Bill 128, CD1 (2025), to amend the Fiscal Year 2026 general obligation bond authorization ordinance by adding the Department of Agriculture and a new appropriation under Makawao-Pukalani-Kula Community Plan Area, Other Projects, entitled “Kula Agricultural Park Phase I Expansion - Upcountry Ag Park,” in the amount of $5,862,123.
