Recommending the following: 1. ADOPTION of Resolution 25-161, CD1, to approve under Section 201H-38, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, the proposed Kaiahale ʻo Kahiluhilu Affordable Housing Rental Project, located at 153 West Kaahumanu Avenue, Kahului, Maui, Hawaiʻi, with the modifications in Exhibit “A” and with various exemptions from certain requirements in the Maui County Code relating to planning, zoning, construction standards for subdivisions, development and improvement of land, and the construction of dwelling units on the land in Exhibit “B”; 2. FILING of Resolution 25-160, to approve under Section 201H-38, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, the proposed Kaiahale ʻo Kahiluhilu Affordable Housing Rental Project, located at 153 West Kaahumanu Avenue, Kahului, Maui, Hawaiʻi, with various exemptions from certain requirements in the Maui County Code relating to planning, zoning, construction standards for subdivisions, development and improvement of land, and the construction of dwelling units on the land; and 3. FILING of Resolution 25-162 to disapprove under Section 201H-38, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, the proposed Kaiahale ʻo Kahiluhilu Affordable Housing Rental Project, located at 153 West Kaahumanu Avenue, Kahului, Maui, Hawaiʻi
