Recommending the following: 1. FIRST READING of Bill 90, CD1 (2025), to authorize the Mayor to execute an intergovernmental agreement between the County of Maui, Department of Finance, and the County of Hawaiʻi, Department of Finance, to provide temporary support for commercial driver’s license examination services; and 2. FIRST READING of Bill 91, CD1 (2025), to authorize the Mayor to execute an intergovernmental agreement between the County of Maui, Department of Finance, and the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Customer Services, to provide temporary support for commercial driver’s license examination services.
