Recommending the following: 1. FIRST READING of Bill 63, CD1 (2025), to amend the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget by: 1) amending Section 2, Estimated Revenues, by increasing the Bond/Lapsed Bond by $3,250,000; 2) amending Section 4.c.3.a., Department of Management, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, Government Facilities, by adding a new appropriation for Bond Fund, entitled “Acquisition of 105 North Market Street Building and Property,” in the amount of $3,250,000; 3) adjusting the totals accordingly, and 4) amending Appendix C - Capital Improvement Projects, Department of Management, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, by adding a new project and project description, entitled “Acquisition of 105 North Market Street Building and Property,” in the amount of $3,250,000; 2. FIRST READING of Bill 64, CD1 (2025), to amend the Fiscal Year 2025 General Obligation Bond Authorization Ordinance by adding an appropriation for the Department of Management, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, Other Projects, entitled “Acquisition of 105 North Market Street Building and Property,” in the amount of $3,250,000; and 3. ADOPTION of Resolution 25-107 to authorize the acquisition of 4,163 square feet of real property located at 105 North Market Street, Wailuku, Maui, Hawai‘i, for an amount not to exceed $3,200,000.
